We are proud to invest in our corporate culture. This culture isn’t limited to team-building events: it glues us together as an international multi-office company.
We are committed to creating a fulfilling work environment.
On a quarterly basis, the company comes together and assesses how culture is lived everyday at OVRSEA. Regular pulse surveys help measure our individual satisfaction and address team struggles.
Creating and sustaining a healthy culture is a shared responsibility.
The Culture Committee is a cross-team forum in charge of promoting and driving initiatives to further build our culture. Team-players at heart and happy to dedicate their time, its members are our cultural relays.
At Ovrsea, I have the chance to work with very competent people. We are all encouraged to take full ownership of our projects. All of this in a very caring atmosphere, which is what makes the difference !
